Matcha Cookies

Chocolate chip cookies made out of the famous flavour of matcha!

  • Oven


  • 100 g (soy) butter
  • 60 g agave sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 150 g all purpose flour
  • 30 g oat flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp matcha
  • 100 g (white) chocolate chips


  • Preheat the oven at 180°C.
  • Mix together the butter, agave sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
  • Stir in the all purpose flour, oat flour, baking soda, salt, cornstarch and matcha. Knead it well.
  • Stir in the white chocolate chips.
  • With an ice scoop, scoop balls out of the dough and place it on a baking tray. Flatten the cookies with your fingers.
  • Bake for 6-8 minutes. Leave them on the baking tray for 10 minutes. Don't put the cookies in the oven for too long, otherwise they will be too dry.


Vegan: use vegan soy butter and vegan white chocolate.
Seasoning: does not apply.
