Sweet Parma Ham Toast
I’m back with another lunch recipe! It’s perfect for spring 🌸 refreshing with ricotta, yet sweet and salty as well!
Toast the bread with butter or margarine on both sides.
Cut the pear in slices in the meantime. You can leave the skin on.
Coved on side for the bread with ricotta. Place ca. 3 slices of pear on top. Add 2 slices of Parma ham. Sprinkle it with pepper and drizzle honey on top.
