Sweet Parma Ham Toast

I’m back with another lunch recipe! It’s perfect for spring 🌸 refreshing with ricotta, yet sweet and salty as well!

  • 2 slices of whole wheat bread
  • 2 tbsp ricotta
  • 1 sweet pear
  • 4 sliced Proscuitto di Parma
  • Honey


  • Toast the bread with butter or margarine on both sides.
  • Cut the pear in slices in the meantime. You can leave the skin on.
  • Coved on side for the bread with ricotta. Place ca. 3 slices of pear on top. Add 2 slices of Parma ham. Sprinkle it with pepper and drizzle honey on top.
