An easy, high protein lunch idea! It's sour, salty and spicy aka delicious!
- 200 g tuna
- 1 tbsp mayonaise
- 3 tbsp yoghurt
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 2 tbsp pickles (cut into small cubes)
- 4 slices bread
- 50 g lettuce (optional)
- In a bowl, mix the tuna, yoghurt, sriracha, yoghurt, pickles, and seasoning.
- Spread the tuna on the slices of bread and add the lettuces.
Vegan: does not apply. Seasoning: salt & pepper.
