This dip/spread kinda combination is heavennn and perfect to serve af party’s! 😍 who doesn’t like burrata and tomatoes 🤷🏼♀️
Oven
food processor or blender
Preheat the oven on 200 °C.
Add the cherry tomatoes to a baking tray with olive oil and salt. Mix it well, all tomatoes need to be covered with olive oil. Bake till soft.
In a blender or food processor, blend the ingredients for the pistachio pesto. Tast it and add more ingredients if needed.
Lastly, place the burrata on a plate, add the cherry tomatoes and drizzle the pesto on top.
