We all ate the brownie batter when we were little right? What if I could tell you if you could now eat it as a snack and quilt-free?
One ball consists only 98 calories and includes 4,1 g proteins!

Equipment

  • Blender/food processor/hand blender

ingredients
  

  • 1 can chickpeas (265 g drained and rinsed)
  • 125 g peanut butter
  • 85 g maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 25 g oat flour
  • 15 g protein powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 dates
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 8 g vanilla sugar
  • 50 g dark chocolate chips

instructions
 

  • Put all the ingredients in a food processor, blender or use a hand blender.
  • Add some extra chocolate chips after blending.
  • Make balls of the dough.
  • Store in the fridge!

Vegan: use plant-based protein powder.
Seasoning: does not apply.
