Somehow late night baking is so relaxing. Until it’s 1AM and your pie is still in the oven and you want to go to bed 😂 that was me with this video, but it was worth it! I loveee the combination of strawberry and rhubarb 🫶🏼
Oven
Preheat the oven on 175C.
Cut the strawberries and rhubarb in small pieces. Place them in a bowl and add the agave syrup, orange juice, vanilla sugar, vanilla extract, and cornstarch.
Mix the apple sauce, margarine, maple syrup, vanilla extract and egg till smooth. Add the flour, oat flour, baking powder and salt.
Take 2/3 of the dough and cover the bottom and sides of a 18 cm baking tin with it. Place the strawberry mixture in it and braid the rest of the dough on top.
Bake for ca. 45 minutes.
Let it rest for 15 minutes, and enjoy!
